To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A high school diploma and six years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and principles.
- Proven success in following through and completing projects with minimal supervision.
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and website management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Experience in developing, considering, and applying policy.
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in higher education, especially graduate education.
- Experience with complex policy development and revision across multiple stakeholders and units.
