PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with leading and training staff in assigned trades – troubleshooting, repair scope development, means/methods determination, crew sizing, time requirements for completing work, cost estimating for repairs, work quality assessment related to assigned-trades work performed in a large commercial/institutional environment having a strong customer service focus
- Possession of degrees, certifications, licenses, professional credentials related to assigned trades.
- Ability to promote diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion in the execution of role.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
