DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and ten years relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in enterprise HCM cloud systems design and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred or
- Previous implementation experience with other Tier 1 Cloud HR systems
- Deep Functional knowledge in two or more areas in Workforce Deployment, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Absence and Compensation
- Functional knowledge of Payroll, Time and Absence is a plus.
- Oracle Certification is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Current knowledge of rapidly changing computer technology.
- Extensive experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications.
- Ability to design and document complex business systems.
- Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically. Experience in Design Thinking.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Requires knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.
- Project management skills as needed.
- Skill in conducting interviews and facilitating group meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.
- Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in agile methodology and delivery
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
- Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel locally and cross-university.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
The expected pay range for this position is $116,000 to $180,000 per annum.
