MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
- Ability to communicate effectively on an ongoing basis both orally and in writing with a range of audiences and to address a range of needs
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality around budget, personnel and other issues
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt quickly to specialized computer applications
- Possess relevant subject matter expertise, including:
- knowledge of budget and accounting systems, including tracking, projections and analysis
- demonstrated experience in use of technology for online ordering, budget tracking and analysis and publications
- Understanding of the need for positive customer service in working with a diverse group of students, scholars, staff, community volunteers and university offices
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and cross-cultural issues
- Ability to direct the work of others for jobs requiring supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently move throughout a large building across three floors and on adjacent spaces such as patios, bike parking areas, and front yard reception/meeting areas.
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Ongoing use of equipment such as the telephone, copiers and printers, and shredders.
- May push, move, carry items that weigh approximately 11 - 20 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week; Able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary.
