DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or social/behavioral sciences and 3-5 years of program/project coordination experience.
  • Experience developing training materials and executing programs involving new processes and technology among diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of project planning techniques; demonstrated ability to analyze, develop, and roll-out new projects.
  • Experience creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, manuals, and web-based content.
  • Familiarity with conducting analyses, designing reports, and if needed, implementing the reports in web-based applications.
  • Ability to work with online applications and if needed, design, deploy, and maintain content in a web-based application.
  • Knowledge of general reporting principals and statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Highly detail-oriented.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make distinctions among competitive applicants.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional oral presentation skills.
  • Project planning skills.
  • Understanding of financial transactions.
  • Intermediate computer technology skills (including internet, email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphic media, databases, and presentations).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Frequently perform desk based computer tasks, seated work and use light/ fine grasping.
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
  • Rarely stand, walk, use a telephone and write by hand.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • May work extended or non-standard hours based on project or business needs. Occasional local and overnight travel required.
