MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and creative.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
- Demonstrated team player.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum one year of experience in marketing, preferably in media or related industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator); digital publishing Content Management Systems (WordPress, Expression Engine); video editing and presentation tools (Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, iMovie, Prezi); and Google Analytics.
- Facility in social media used in a professional setting, including related scheduling and management platforms (ex. Hootsuite).
- Experience juggling multiple deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer-facing and client-facing role.
- Strong interest in social innovation as demonstrated through past jobs or volunteer activities.
- Comfortable analyzing marketing campaign performance and metrics
- Fluency in any of the following languages a plus: Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese.
