MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience at Stanford or in a peer academic institution preferred but not required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned functions and resolve related problems.

  • Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills with proven ability to present, write, edit, and organize thoughts in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically, Word and Excel.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and excellent time management skills.

  • Strong understanding and experience in applying federal and California state and federal wage and hour regulations.

  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and computational/statistical skills.

  • Effective communication (verbal and written), consultation, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Expertise in development of communication/education materials and training modules.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices and trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and apply ingenuity and creativity in solving complex problems.
