Education, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications.

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.

Extensive experience writing business requirement documents; use cases, system requirement specifications etc.

Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically. Project Management knowledge including waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Exceptional customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse and distributed organization.

Experience with University Advancement systems desired.
Physical Requirements*

Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.

Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.

Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.

Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
