Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field and eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
- Proficiency with application design and relational databases
- Ability to define and solve logical problems for highly technical applications.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods.
- Knowledge of application domain.

Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years development experience using SpringBoot and Drop Wizard
- Minimum 7 years expertise in web application development using Angular JS, Angular 6 or higher
- Minimum 5 years of familiarity with Mongo DB database technology
- Proficient in Java 8
- Proficient in developing microservices and deploying in AWS Docker, Kubernetes
- Proficient in using tools such as Nodejs, NPM, Angular CLI
- Familiarity with java design patterns and build tools such as Maven
- Experience in source control version systems such as GIT
- Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, HTML5, CSS
- Experience building REST and SOAP web services using java
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
- Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May work extended hours, evening and weekends.
