MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience in management of projects of moderate size/complexity with limited performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Polished written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to successfully manage ten or more simultaneous Client-facing projects with different stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex project, process or technical information to Client stakeholders in clear, non-technical language that is easy for the client to consume.
- Ability to address client stakeholder concerns and scope change requests with diplomacy and provide guidance to the client on options and recommended resolution.
- Ability to hold clients accountable for client deliverables and manage client side slippages and change requests resulting in additional cost or time impact.
- Ability to manage projects and resources at a detailed level to ensure that all work is being delivered to schedule, recognizing that slippages have an impact on parallel projects and the program as a whole.
- Ability to lead a remote team in different locations and build strong team culture.
- Ability to productively engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations.
- High comfort level with Google Drive, Smartsheet Project Plans, Forms and Dashboards, Visio and Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes to support project improvements and efficiencies.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified completion of a Project Management Certificate program, or certification in process. (Desired, not required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sit, perform desk based computer tasks, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand.
- Rarely use a telephone, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulder, grasp forcefully.
