Minimum requirements
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience in management of projects of moderate size/complexity with limited performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
We’re looking for candidates with deep expertise in:
● Good understanding of content management systems, especially Drupal and WordPress, including the ability to define requirements informed by CMS features and functionality.
● Clear understanding of web standards and usability methods.
Other abilities include:
● Polished written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
● Ability to productively engage and influence cross-functional teams.
● Demonstrated project management ability to employ integration, scope time management, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement components.
● Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
Certifications and Licenses:
● Agile Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certified, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, completion of a Project Management Certificate program, or similar certification in process preferred.
Physical requirements
● Frequently sit, perform desk-based computer tasks, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
● Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand.
● Rarely use a telephone, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulder, grasp forcefully.

This position is eligible for full-time remote work from any location in the U.S., with periodic visits to our campuses located in Redwood City, CA and Stanford, CA.
The expected pay range for this position is $97,000 to $120,000 per annum.
