Education and Experience:

  • This position requires a strong professional commitment to the success of an IT service offering, along with a comprehensive understanding of how to enable that success through information technology and business management. Bachelor’s Degree in business/technology/engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of computers and computer accessories.

  • Financial analysis experience desired. Understanding of profit/loss analysis and forecasting. Proficiency in Excel requested.

  • A desire for continuous learning and skill development.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Including the ability to effectively communicate in both highly technical and non-technical environments. Ability to interpret technical jargon and concepts, and to present information to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to escalate, identify, prioritize, innovate in order to resolve issues quickly and make decisions that meet University objectives, in a collaborative culture.
