Minimum Education and Experience Required
Associates degree and at least one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in an academic setting strongly preferred.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, PeopleSoft, Oracle.
- Basic office administration skills.
- Ability to learn compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in challenging situations, manage multiple deadlines, juggle complicated tasks.
- Ability to interact with people from different cultures.
- Previous experience working with visas.
