To be successful in the position, you will bring:
- High School diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse community of instructors.
- Strong written communication skills.
- The ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to analyze situations for all relevant information and apply solutions.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Sign.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Technical proficiency working within a macOS environment.
- Proven ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
- Experience working with simple budgets and/or finance.
