MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models and methodologies and best practices and demonstrated ability to apply them across various learning environments—online, classroom, blended, and informal.
- Experience with developing engaging training content that provides not only technical instruction, but also effectively communicates policy, business processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to consult and work collaboratively with business partners, subject matter experts, technical resources, vendor partners, business partners and diverse groups and individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Proven success record of designing and delivering content in a webinar format that includes elements of gamification and maximizes learner engagement
- Outstanding ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts and critical reasoning]
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that is service-oriented, supportive, engaging and effective.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service skills and ability to learn business concepts quickly.
- Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (ex: Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Proficient with screen capture and editing tools (ex: Camtasia, Snagit or Screenflow) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, etc).
- Competent user of collaboration tools (ex: Google Suite, Slack and Zoom).
- Basic HTML, Drupal and Flash programming knowledge preferred.
