MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Requires five or more years of experience in enterprise human capital management (HCM) cloud applications - HRIS Hire to Retire processes, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Experience configuring setups, personalizations in sandbox and migrate to  production environments

  • Ability to identify gaps between Oracle HCM and business requirements and build extensions to meet those gaps

  • Exposure to File Based Data Import (FBDI) and ADF Desktop Integrator (ADFdi)

  • Experience in two or more Oracle HCM cloud modules - Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning.

  • Ability to map business requirements to HCM Cloud functionality

  • Ability to design and document complex business systems.

  • Experience in technical and data analysis, including data conversion and data mapping for integration requirements. Experience with Oracle Cloud  HDL technology, HCM data model, Oracle REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud preferred.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC), Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Fusion Reporting Tools

  • Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically.

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling and re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale enterprise system implementations.

  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including production change control.

  • Skilled in facilitating group meetings, including discussions with business owners and users as well as IT development and technical teams working on integration, data flows and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Project management skills as needed.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
  • Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $111,000 to $159,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
