Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous student services experience highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Peoplesoft and Oracle Business Intelligence reporting highly desirable.
- Superior customer service and troubleshooting skills for interfacing with students, faculty and staff within the department and university.
- Basic office administration skills, including attention to detail, being proactive, working independently and collaboratively, organization, time management and a demonstrated aptitude to manage a large volume of calls, emails and in-person inquiries in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to learn compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
- Must be available to work through the month of December (except on University holidays).

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting.
