Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics or engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Substantial experience with MS Office and analytical programs.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Five years of relevant experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics or engineering.
- Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured datasets.
- Ability to direct the work of others, for jobs requiring supervision.
- Relevant subject matter knowledge.
- Ability to build, implement, and troubleshoot processes to optimize data transformation, management, data structures, and metadata.
- Experience working in social science research, including leveraging data for policy and for producing academic research.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience using software and tools such as all g-suite, Google workspace, Google Cloud, coding platforms (STATA, R, Python, etc.), GitHub, Globus, Confluence.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly, use fine manipulation and perform desk-based computer tasks, lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing up to ten pounds.Occasionally stand, walk, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, write by hand and sort and file paperwork or parts.
- Rarely lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing 11-20 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $104,358,-125,000 per annum.
