Qualifications:

The Finance Manager will be an experienced financial leader who works well in a collaborative environment.
6+ years of finance /strategic business experience, with a proven track record driving financial planning & analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's/MBA desired, with emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, or other related field.
The successful candidate will have a passion for leading change, possess a positive attitude, and be hard-working and driven, with a focus on results and accountability.
Ability to see the big picture, but possess strong analytical capability and technical modeling skills.
Experience developing and presenting strategic/financial analyses to senior leadership. Knowledge and experience performing financial modeling and analytics for executive review.
Proven results in business operational improvement.
Ability to provide guidance, counsel, and information to employees throughout SRE in specific areas of financial results and forecasts.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven results providing business partnering and financial analyses to “client” departments within an organization.
Excellent software skills with Microsoft Office applications
Excel skills must be advanced with ability to manage large amounts of data.

Location:
Palo Alto, CA through June 2019, at which time SRE will move to new Redwood City Campus.
Beginning in July 2019, Redwood City, CA.
