To be successful in this role, you will bring:

An associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

Attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently to complete complex tasks, while also using sound judgement to seek help when needed.

Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the team and the students we serve.

Ability to interact and successfully collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and relevant university partners.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro.

Ability to frequently perform desk-based computer tasks as well as occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork, and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
In addition, preferred requirements include:

Knowledge of systems such as FileMaker Pro, Qualtrics, Drupal, Adobe InDesign, eResources, and MailChimp.

Familiarity with graduate student funding policies and practices.
