MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in higher education, consulting, health care, research-based non-profit organizations, or government contracting or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Big 4 and/or consulting experience a plus
  • Experience with tools/systems that support major compliance areas such as: PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, PostGrads, SeRA, Community Academic Profiles (CAPs) and common operating tools such as: Qualtrics, SmartSheet, Box, ServiceNow, and Jira a plus
  • Experience with OBIEE, Tableau and other data analytic tools experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and judgment through sound decision-making to obtain solutions through collaborative efforts with a wide-variety of offices and departments throughout the university.
  • Highly effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills to address a wide variety of sophisticated audiences.
  • Expert analytical and problem solving skills; ability to compile, understand, consolidate, and synthesize diverse sources of data in order to identify and deeply understand relevant information/issues.
  • Ability to productively assemble, engage, and lead cross-functional teams and leading projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to create plans for business transformation projects requiring a blend of business and data analysis, tools/technology, and build and manage cross-functional and cross-University teams
  • Ability to influence others, teamwork and collaboration, conflict resolution, intercultural aptitude and adaptability and flexibility. 
  • Superior knowledge of state and federal statutes, laws and regulations, industry standards, trends and/or regulatory requirements in expertise subject area.
  • Strong proficiency in incident management processes and related software applications 
  • Experience using and applying process improvement best practices/techniques, such as lean six sigma. 

Certifications and Licenses:
  • PMP certification a plus. 
  • Lean Six-Sigma a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Occasionally work evenings and weekends.
