To be successful in this position, you will bring:

A bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience at a higher education institution, healthcare institution or large consulting firm, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of internal controls and ERM frameworks
Excellent listening, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and a healthy respect for quality work products and timelines
Experience in managing projects and working with diverse groups
Excellent judgment and sound decision-making to obtain viable solutions and demonstrate initiative
Ability to work independently; requires little supervision on all but unique matters.
Ability to recommend changes in policy or practice based on new data or situations.

In addition, our preferred requirements include:

An Advanced Degree/Certification preferred, e.g., CPA, CIA, MBA.
Participation in enterprise risk assessment and management projects within complex organizations or experience working in or with Internal Audit preferred.

Redwood City.
