To be successful in this position, you will bring:
  • A bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience at a higher education institution, healthcare institution or large consulting firm, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of internal controls and ERM frameworks 
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a healthy respect for quality work products and timelines
  • Experience in managing projects and working with diverse groups
  • Excellent judgment and sound decision-making to obtain viable solutions and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to work independently; requires little supervision on all but unique matters.
  • Ability to recommend changes in policy or practice based on new data or situations.

In addition, our preferred requirements include:
  • An Advanced Degree/Certification preferred, e.g., CPA, CIA, MBA.
  • Participation in enterprise risk assessment and management projects within complex organizations or experience working in or with Internal Audit preferred.
