To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge and embodiment of diversity and inclusion best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups from various identities, cultures, and backgrounds

Demonstrated facilitation experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic problem-solving skills

Strong facilitation and training skills.

People service skills
-
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Relevant computer systems/technology experience

Ability to learn and understand compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations
In addition, preferred requirements include:

Experience working with college-age students or in community youth programming

Prior work experience in diversity and inclusion, and/or social justice programming

Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in planning and problem solving under general direction from the supervisor
Working Conditions: Hybrid work schedule; Able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
