Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in intercollegiate athletic operations.
- Significant experience in working with coaches, assistant coaches, and staff members.
- Previous collegiate coaching/playing experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of intercollegiate athletics administration, scholar-athlete development, NCAA compliance within a Division I environment. Ability to implement and enforce NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and a high degree of cultural competence and respect for a wide range of identities and experiences; is flexible and able to develop productive working relationships with staff and coaches.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness.
- Humble team member, open to honest feedback, collaboration, and a selfless approach to sport administration.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and, decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Working conditions:
- Frequent travel and work on evenings and weekends. Estimated travel: 30%.
- This position is based on the Stanford main campus.

The expected pay range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 per annum.
