- Knowledge of philanthropy and the social sector.
- Significant experience in designing and implementing high-level convenings and learning opportunities for high net worth individuals.
- Experience with identifying and closing sponsorship and other revenue generating opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under deadlines with minimal guidance.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Understands how to implement effective marketing programs across multiple channels.
- Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately.
- Prior experience in planning and managing program budgets.
The expected pay range for this position is $107,000 to $139,000 per annum.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.

- Significant prior experience in community building and/or relationship management with high net worth individuals.
- Experience working within an academic institution and/or a complex multi-departmental professional business office setting.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
