To be successful in this role, you will bring:

 
  • A Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in higher education setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills. Demonstrated experience managing people.
  • Extensive knowledge of Stanford’s student-related policies and procedures, graduate admissions, graduate and undergraduate degree progress and financial aid preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and all levels of management.
  • Ability to function effectively under the pressure of deadlines and frequent interruptions in a busy environment.
  • Fluent with business and communication software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications).
  • Strong analytical skills to review and analyze complex financial information.
  • Familiar with Stanford systems (PeopleSoft, GFS, etc.) desired.
