DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Executive coaching acumen (certification not required).
  • Experience with internal (external helpful) consulting practice approaches and project implementation.
  • Experience embedding change management and change principles into organization change work and HR solutions in general.
  • Demonstrated experience following full process business strategy translation into Organizational and L & OD priorities and offerings.
  • Succession planning mindset and prior experience of implementation in distributed workforce.
  • Foundational understanding of JEDI principles and competencies.
  • Experience in understanding, advocating for and embedding JEDI principles in all work and points listed above.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

  • Master’s degree and ten years of relevant experience, or a combination or education and relevant experience.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

  • Demonstrated ability to establish a strong partnership with the senior human resources partners and other members of the management team.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate vision and strategy and execute a functional plan/roadmap.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex learning and organizational development functions.
  • Superior management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, and self-confidence.
  • Strong influencing capability; able to skillfully influence peers, colleagues, and vendors to promote and sell ideas; ability to build broad-based relationships across the organization.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, grasp forcefully, writing by hand, sort/file paperwork, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
  • Rarely kneel/crawl, operate foot and/or hand controls.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel on campus to schools/units.
