Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, an advanced degree in a relevant field is desired. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in an academic setting in increasingly more responsible positions is required as is a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position. Experience with residential real estate development or community planning is also desired.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Occasionally use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
- Rarely sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh >40 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $400,000 to $425,000 per annum.
