To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability in synthesizing complex information in a manner easily understood.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as professionalism to interact with a wide range of people at different levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities amidst competing interests and deadlines.
• Ability to lead collaborative efforts with internal communications groups across campus.
• Creative thinker with a desire and ability to seek and optimize opportunities.
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience leading project teams.
• Proficient with Google Workspace apps, content management systems (e.g., Drupal), and Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE)

For undergraduates, VPUE is the nexus for programs and initiatives that help students define and achieve their intellectual ambitions at Stanford. These include investigative introductory courses taught by esteemed faculty, targeted classes in writing and rhetoric, undergraduate research support, academic advising and mentoring, overseas and off-campus study programs, and undergraduate scholarships and fellowships. For faculty, VPUE serves as a principal conduit for furthering interaction with undergraduates and discovering ways in which working with students can enrich one’s research agenda.
