  Minimum Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. 

 

Certificates and Licenses:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

 

  • Trauma-informed skills interacting with individuals in crisis

  • Demonstrated relevant subject matter knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness.

  • Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and meet budget goals.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to convey findings and influence senior leadership & faculty.

  • Demonstrated experience querying, processing, analyzing, and reporting on large data sets.

  • Ability to use visual data tools to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Effective project management, organization, and analytical skills.   

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with an emphasis on education and training for a variety of constituencies.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.  

  • Ability to build relationships and establish collaborative partnerships across the institution and peer institutions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusivity, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies (staff, students, faculty, parents, administrators) with empathy and discretion.

  • Ability to act independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
