Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated passion for college athletics and an understanding of the evolving college sports landscape.
- Experience in integrated marketing strategy and execution across channels including digital and print, and understands how to implement effective campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of strategic analysis, customer segmentation strategies and marketing planning.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive cross-functional groups towards a common goal, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervisory/management experience including the ability to foster leadership and teamwork amongst others, is preferred.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently, embrace change and welcome fresh perspectives.
- Ability to learn from past mistakes and adjust accordingly.
- Team player who is willing to “get hands dirty” and help out where needed.
- Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, Photoshop, Google Adwords, Adroll and Facebook advertising preferred.
