MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years of experience head coaching at the university, college, and/or club level.
- Demonstrated competence with high performance training and development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with student-athletes, peers and the general public.
- Computer literacy with common office applications such as MS Office and Google suites.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a variety of staff and personnel in DAPER, the University and the community. Demonstrated ability with fostering alumni relations, special events and fund-raising preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
