To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline and five years of experience in software development, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in architecting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications with thorough knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle and quality control practices.
- Demonstrated engineering management experience managing engineering teams, systems, and projects. Experience guiding technical teams to a desired solution-requirements review, code reviews, mentoring and coaching.
- Experience working with RDBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle and exposure to data management and reporting skills and platforms like SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, SnapLogic (API/Sync mgmt.,), and Tableau.
- Experience working with websites, marketing, portals, & CMS systems like Drupal, Pantheon, and Liferay.
- Experience working with ERP cloud systems like Salesforce and Oracle products especially Oracle APEX.
- Exceptional customer experience and relationship skills, consensus building skills, and ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with partners, developing and managing budgets, and service contracts.
- Self-starter with excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods, with good coding experience in at least one of the programming languages: Java, Python or C#.
- Demonstrated experience of secure coding practices and ability in researching and guiding the teams in implementing latest industry practices and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing activities, be a broad technical thought partner and mentor teams.
- Experience working with distributed technical teams working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Demonstrated ability in building applications that boost user engagement and efficiency.
