To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • Knowledge of the web, technology, paid social and search platforms, current and future trends. 
  • Strong expertise in database marketing and lead management systems and techniques. Requires solid understanding of processes around marketing programs and lead processing, including what constitutes a “good” lead.
  • Strong marketing analytical skills and demonstrated experience in determining metrics, analyzing data, creating reports, assessing campaign performance and optimizing in real time when possible.  In-depth experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com. 
  • Strong project management including the ability to develop timetables and milestones for keeping deliverables and budget on track.
  • Strong strategic outlook and ability to leverage current and future trends to help an organization succeed at the broadest level, across groups, teams or units.
  • Subject matter expertise in digital channels and understands principles of what makes good online advertising.
  • Knowledge and understanding of brand strategy and how to apply principles of brand consistency.
  • Ability to interact effectively and tactfully, build relationships, and work with senior staff and other members of the academic community.
  • Experience managing digital agencies for creative and media planning and buying.
  • Consulting experience a plus.
