Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of proficiency with database systems.
- Strong data analysis skills including experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing data, and communicating/presenting results and recommendations in a succinct fashion to key stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external constituents.
- Personal integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Stanford University and its development systems desired, appreciation of the arts is a plus.
