MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and one year relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. A strong desire to work in a development environment and a willingness to learn about the Development Life Cycle (prospect identification—research—cultivation—solicitation—stewardship).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite. Candidates with previous experience using Excel are preferred.
  • Knowledge of database systems, such as Microsoft Access.
  • Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive information.

May require working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
