Minimum education and experience requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of database systems
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment in interactions with university administrators, faculty, staff, and the university community.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Valid California Non-commercial Class Driver’s License.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check prior to working at Stanford University.

The expected pay range for this position is $35.10 to $40.86 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
