To be successful in this position, you will need:
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of database systems, such as Microsoft Access.
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
In addition, our preferred requirements are:
- Good judgment in order to organize the various phases of assignments and obtain and correlate information from a variety of sources
- Ability to act in an independent and anticipatory manner with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational practices, effectively managing overlapping timelines and/or competing priorities, while maintaining extreme attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work independently, set and reorder priorities, and represent the team to a variety of internal and external constituencies
- Ability to work efficiently in dynamic office with constantly changing priorities and opportunities, juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Outstanding written and oral communications skill and ability to synthesize information from multiple and diverse sources
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people, including the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural situations and across a wide range of audiences
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, diplomacy, and tact
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, database management, online searches, Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive)
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime
