To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Advanced ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency with database systems, such as Salesforce. Ability to acquire proficiency in Stanford information and financial systems.
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.

- Familiarity with intercollegiate athletics and/or fundraising in a higher education environment is desirable.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid California Non-commercial Class Driver's License.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional work on weekends and evenings including but not limited to all home football games, some men’s and women’s basketball games, along with other special events.
Physical Requirement:
- Occasionally stand/walk, light/fine grasping, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand;
- Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks; frequently sitting; frequently use a telephone;
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Non-commercial Class license.

The main work location for this position is Stanford University historical campus. Open to hybrid work schedule.
The expected pay range for this position is $82,000 to $97,000 per annum.
