To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Knowledge of degree audit system(s), business processes and workflow.
- Experience with degree audit applications and student information systems; understanding of database driven applications.
- Skill in conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.
- Skill in conducting information sessions, either in person (small settings) or digitally.
- Listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain good customer relations with partners.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant subject matter knowledge.

- Degree audit system implementation and PeopleSoft experience preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

- This position is a hybrid role which requires 1 days of onsite work per week.
