Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience as application administrator, database administrator or related occupation in application & database administration, or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience.
Must possess eight years’ experience with a Bachelor’s or six years’ experience with a Master’s in each of the following:
- Deploy and support middleware stacks (WebLogic, Apache, Oracle SOA Suite) in AWS and Oracle Cloud environments with a focus on availability, security, and scalability.
- Migrate legacy systems to cloud-native containers using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern orchestration tools.
- Design and maintain AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) to streamline deployments, monitoring, and patching processes.
- Manage Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases with experience in tuning, backups, schema changes, and security hardening.
- Build Python and Shell scripts to automate routine operations, deployment tasks, and system monitoring.
- Analyze system and application performance; implement fixes to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and enforce secure configurations across applications, middleware, and databases.
Must possess experience providing 24/7 support for mission-critical apps, diagnose infrastructure issues, and maintaining high availability and performance SLAs.
The expected pay for this position is $140,600-$174,923 per annum.
