Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including software licenses (SaaS, on premise, PaaS, cloud services, etc.) and other vendor/supplier contracts
- Advanced degree (JD, MBA, Masters in Supply Chain, etc.) preferred.
- Strong business, analytical and organizational skills to appropriately set priorities and triage a heavy workflow
- Outstanding communications skills to manage relationships with various clients and stakeholders
- Mature and sound judgment to provide timely advice as to potential contractual risks, compliance issues and business needs
