MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

- Ability to learn new processes and procedures and apply them to various situations.
- Willing and able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues as needed to provide support for houses/neighborhoods.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally use a telephone.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May establish a flexible work schedule with Associate Dean or Neighborhood Program Director to accommodate job responsibilities and house/neighborhood needs.
- Work evenings and weekends as needed.
