Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated abilities for attention to detail and solving problems.
  • Marketing and/or communication experience, especially as it relates to maintaining or creating webpages/websites and/or creating graphics and digital communications pieces.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to deliver results from conception through completion.
  • Ability to share ideas and develop creative solutions and then work with others to implement approved solutions.
  • Ability to search photo catalogs and select diverse, conceptually strong images to add to webpages.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners to verify website content, images and links.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in learning new applications, processes, and approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and with business partners.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for time management, staying organized, and verbally and/or in writing, communicating about project status, deliverables, and what information is needed to accomplish your work.
  • Proficiencies in both working alone and with other team members.

Desired (not required) Qualifications

  • Experience with editing or creating webpages using a content management system (CMS), preferably Drupal
  • Experience viewing communications using an audience-centric “lens”
  • Experience using applications to create graphic designs/artwork or to manipulate existing photos and that will display correctly across devices, such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and creative.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
  • Demonstrated team player.

Certifications and Licenses:
None

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
  • Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
  • Rarely sort/file paperwork.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Occasional work on evenings and weekends.
