MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related technology field, and eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience. In-depth experience in large-scale network design, implementation, analysis, and project management
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position is expected to have in-depth knowledge and experience with:
· Demonstrate familiarization and advanced, extensive hands-on experience with the following:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco Firewall
- Cisco 9000 Nexus switches
- Protocols: BGP, SIP, OSPF, etc.
DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- CCNA, CCNP
- CCIE Routing & Switching
- ITIL Practices
ADDITIONAL FAMILIARIZATION AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Strong written and oral communication skills: proven presentation experience and comfort with senior management audiences and effective facilitation skills with diverse groups.
- Very strong customer service and consulting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and get the work done on schedule.

The expected pay range for this position is $143,000 to $180,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
