DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful history of project management in healthcare or community, which included external stakeholders.
- Understanding of key DEI concepts (e.g., inclusion, equity, microaggressions, allyship, intersectionality, institutional racism, ableism, oppression) and experience applying concepts to implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
