Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. Experience in management of projects with extensive size/complexity and moderate performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years experience in change management.
- 5+ years experience in consulting, business operations, program management, HR, learning and development, or other relevant fields.
- Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives.
- Fluency in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices with direct experience performing change assessments, developing strategy, and executing change plans.
- Experience building change leadership capability in others and/or developing and scaling change approaches, tools, and templates.
- Experience with learning and development including training design, development, and delivery at scale is a plus.
- Thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and bending between the tactical and strategic.
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders and motivate teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated success in supporting adoption success efforts for technology implementations including managing training, communications, process improvement, and other change management efforts.
- Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations.
- Keen grasp of interpersonal and impact awareness.
- Ability to drive progress and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Prosci certified completion of a Change Management Certificate program, or certification in process desired.
Physical Requirements*:
- Frequently sit, perform desk based computer tasks, grasp lightly/fine manipulation and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand, twist/bend/stoop/squat and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 20 pounds.
- Rarely use a telephone, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, reach/work above shoulder, grasp forcefully.
Working Conditions:
- Travel locally and cross-university.
