To be successful in this position, you will
bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination
of education, training, and relevant experience. Advanced degree may be
required for some programs. For jobs with financial responsibilities,
experience managing a budget and developing financial plans.
- Ability
to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
- Excellent oral,
written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of
specialization.
- Ability to oversee
and direct staff.
- Basic knowledge of
managing budgets and developing financial plans.
In addition, our preferred requirements include:
- Master in Business Administration, International Business, or
Journalism preferred
- This position requires a self-starter who has experience in
interviewing, research and writing.
Experience in presenting narratives in other media is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the business school curriculum is required and
an ability to interview, research, analyze and finally organize data into a
presentation that focuses on a managerial decision or concept.
- Must be an outstanding writer with excellent oral communication
and interpersonal skills. Since raw
material for cases tend to be confidential in nature and conversations to gain
background knowledge about the situation to be developed may be quite
sensitive, a keen sense of confidentiality and tact are essential.
