DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-years’ experience providing community health education, outreach and/or intervention to improve the outcome of pregnancy
Master’s degree in public health, community education, community development or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with and establish rapport with diverse populations.
Experience with online and in-person community engagement
Comfortable in diverse healthcare, community, and government agencies to drive collaboration and outcomes.
Sensitive to cultural, racial, ethnic, class and ability concerns
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
