EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • PHD or other advanced degree required.
  • Experience with RT-PCR, single cell PCR and sequencing.
  • Experience with large-scale sequencing.
  • Experience with computational analysis.
  • Experience with a range of immunoassays including ELISA, Western blot.
  • 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in molecular biology, single cell analysis, large-scale sequencing, and basic computational approaches.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • PhD-level understanding of scientific principles. 
  • Ability to design, conduct, analyze and interpret experiments performing large-scale sequencing of antibody and immune cell repertoires, including single cell transcriptomics.
  • Computer and computation skills, including ability to quickly learn and master computer programs, databases, and scientific applications and to apply these skills to analyze large-scale sequencing and other datasets.
  • Ability to independent conduct scientific programs and to work under deadlines. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately complete detailed work.
